Welcome to Saigon Star International Primary School
Dear Parents, Guardians & Care-givers,
I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to Saigon Star International Primary School and to wish your child success in their studies. We are happy that you have chosen to entrust us with the education of your child. Together we can ensure that they have been given every possible opportunity to help them to achieve their goals. Your child is unique and precious. Choosing where they begin to lay their educational foundation is a critical choice which every parent must make. Saigon Star International School is an institution which believes in encouraging young children's enthusiasm for learning while also introducing the necessary academic skills to be competitive in today's changing global community. You will find that Saigon Star is different from other schools in many ways. Perhaps one of the most important areas is our teachers. They are dedicated and experienced professionals, who are committed to helping your child grow and succeed. Our teachers are all native speakers, university graduates, and hold recognised Teaching qualifications. Our primary objective is to provide your child with the highest standard education possible. Being a small school, we are able to offer your child what no other school can, personalised lessons. Our teachers are able to consider each of their student's strengths and weaknesses when planning their lessons and adapt it according to each ones indavidual needs. The 2008 - 2009 school year has started with some dramatic and exciting changes at our school. We believe these changes will greatly enhance your child's educational opportunities. We have introduced a new and unique curriculum this year, which consists of two primary parts. - A Montessori Education for Children, ages 2-5 years old
- The Cambridge International Primary Programme for children grades 1-5
As has always been the case, our goal at Saigon Star International Primary School is to provide a modern and comprehensive education. To maximize benefits to all our students, we strive to present a learning experience which is highly competitive academically and is simultaneously enriching to your child. Our curriculum will continue to take a global approach to presenting subject matter to the students, while encouraging a deep and meaningful teacher to child relationship.
